TRANSLATE 3. Following the road of the coast to north we reached the Redwood N.P., which we crossed over the "Avenue of the Giants". The redwoods are relatives of the mammoth trees. The typical is the red wood which pushs off insects and can hardly rot. Because of less insects there are scarrely birds and it's a strange silence. We spent half a day at the national park finally we contnued our way along the coast to the north.
