At noon we reached Melbourne. Our Hotel, the "All Season Welcome", was situated in the Little Bourke Street. At the top of thr Rialtotower we had a wounderful panorama arround the city.
Also we visited the Flindersstation and the parliament at downtown.
With the driveing to the airport and return the rental car there ended the meeting with the fifth continent.
We were full of enthuisiasm about australia and the Great Barrier Reef, the almost impenetrable jungle and the metropolis along the coast, Sydney and Melbourne on top. Australia attracts with her people and culture, beginning by friendly australians up to the mysterious aboriginals. Also unique the fauna and flora. Where else are Kanguruhs, Koalas, Platypus and such a rich ornithological world. We discovered plants and animals which are never to find in the world.
At midnight we continue our trip to Fidschi
