TRANSLATE 9. Today we visit the "Katherine National Park" , 29km northeast of Katherine.  Centre of this wild conservation-area is the "Katherine Gorge" with a length of 30km, which dug to 100m into the plateau of sandstone.

We drive 20km over a sideroad to the "Edith Falls". The waterfalls consists of a chain of cascades, which fall down over the rocky crag of the Arnhem Plateau and form several lagoons.
