This city is not a city as usual and the best for the traffic. The "Living vessels" of Los Angeles seem to be the wide, endless lines of the freeways, on which move permanent the gigantic avalanches of vehicles. The dimensions are fare-reaching and not easily surveyed. L.A. is one of the largest citys of the world, 1200km². There is not a real centre. Only the complexity of skyscrapers call downtown as city monster, however there exists a lot of other centres, also partly as high-rise building. By the expansion up to the horizon L.A. seems to be torn to pieces. This will scare the foreigner, mainly self driver. Only by traffic and the expansion of L.A. some people will be put to the test. But this is unfounded, because you have understud the traffic system once, it's simple to orientate.
