By car we drove over Newcastle Fwy, went+ past Sydney, to Katoomba at the "Blue Mountains". From Echo Point we had a breathtaking view to the wide, steep Jamison Valley and the rock "Three Sisters". The name Blue Mountain comes from the blue steams, which comes from the ethereal oils of the eucalyptus trees and wrap in the scenery in a blue mist.
